ARI-Jackson
Manufacturing
offers a wide array of welding
capabilities. Our employees are trained
and certified to D15.1 & D1.1 standards of the
American Welding Society. Welding
parameters are controlled to ensure
sound quality practices. Our plant
specializes in gas metal arc (mig)
welding of aluminum, carbon and
stainless steel. Our welding
capabilities are enhanced with tungsten
gas arc (tig) welding capacities in
aluminum, stainless, carbon steel and
nickel. |
|
|
|
Experience... |
|
|
|
ARI-Jackson
Manufacturing
is experienced in welding with numerous
filler metals. Our operators have
certified in flux core, metal core and
solid wires in carbon steel, stainless
and aluminum. Welding is accomplished in
the 1G flat position when feasible by
design.
In November of 2002, ARI-Jackson became
certified to manufacture pressure
vessels and perform repairs, both in
house and in the field. |
|
|
|
Procedures... |
|
|
|
Welding procedures are developed in
house for moderate to complex product
designs in accordance with the standards
of the American Welding Society. The
Plant Welding Engineer monitors welding
parameters for filler metal
specifications, voltage, wire speed,
torch angles, shielding gas flow rates
and travel speeds where applicable. |
| |
|
Advantages... |
|
|
|
The advantages to welding are numerous.
Welding offers flexibility in the design
of products and machinery. When the
design allows, welding can reduce the
cost of new products and aid in the
refurbishment of existing products to
extend its life cycle. |
| |
|
Welding Equipment... |
|
|
|
ARI-Jackson
Manufacturing
has 55 power sources to meet most
welding needs. Many of the 450 amp and
650 amp units are TGAW compatible.
Flexibility in the welding equipment
allows for quick change over of all
power sources to aluminum, carbon or
stainless steel applications. |
